Non-member Cities

Some cities that are not members of UTOPIA have residents who very much wish they were. This is a place for information about how and why to join, and how to work effectively with municipal governments to that end. It is also a place to point to pages for each city. In those pages, residents can share information, collaborate, and coordinate to get UTOPIA in their city.
