I received the follow response: "Thank you for your e-mail regarding telecommunications projects. Generally I am very in favor of such, although I have heard specific objections to UTOPIA. I will research the matter and thank you for your interest in my campaign."

I later received the following additional response: "My first responders have indicated that although the idea works for Provo, it is too cost prohibitive for West Jordan, Where I am running. Thanks for your interest."
